will be going off to australia in 24hrs time,
then wont be spending my birthday in singapore,
so my boyboy celebrated it with me beforehand!!
went for soul garden buffet lunch and IP MAN 2 after that (:
nice movie and food!
& the most impt thing isss,
*drum rolll*
boyboy bought me POGO!! - big gigantic bear! as tall as my leg!

he gave me a surprise by appearing infront of my door with the big bear!
i was like some kid! happy to the max <3
thanks love!

oh well, but due to work and graduation etc, less time was spent together.
& even lesser time we are going to spend
cause i'm going oversea, and when i'm back, the next day he will be going to tekong.
going to miss him lots...
sometimes i never tell you,
really those little actions you do, the words you said, the way you look at me,
just captivate my heart deeply (:

there are different types of manager.
& do you know who are the ones who are worth respect and working for?
someone who is understanding, reasonable for sure.
& definitely not those unreasonable and who dont believe in what their fellow staff say,
tell me, where can you find a manager
who can shoot you off saying, "dont give me such excuses" when you are explaining things nicely to her?
who can just bark off and hang up on you?! like what the?!
& who just parade around with that attitude face?!
come on, i dont owe you anything,
stupid BOOdog!

seriously, when you see such attitude manager,
forget it, even high pay also wont want work for her.
furthermore, its not only me who feel that way,
others promoters also tell me that about the management.
when people work hard and does her part,
do you see it?
apparently, you dont.
just so unluckily, when the people are just talking or asking colleague something, you quickly jump to the conclusion, we dont hire you to talk like what the?!
& mentions things like sales are dropping etc?
like hello, we are the temp staff there?
we already did our part,
we are responsible enough i could say
& when we serve the customer well and receive compliments from them,
where are you then? why didnt you so luckily to walk past and withness that?

oh ya, perhaps i'll be like blacklisted by that company or whatsoever,
but oh well, i never have the intention to EVER go back to work for them or even step in to that shop.
seriously, to be a good service provider, there are 2 kinds,
first, your service are sincere and geniune
& second, oh you are the customer, its my job to provide the best service to you if not later i'll get into trouble etc.
& apparently i can see that, the second type of service is actually being provided.
why?
cause it can be seen within the management iteself, as simple as that....
& customers are not stupid, they can tell who are the ones that really, WOW you with their service, and who are the ones like just service you well for the sake of doing..
